Wordful Wednesday

I don't know what to say about this one. This is my mom, second from right. I found this when I was going through an old photo album of hers that she left for me when she passed away. I believe it was taken sometime in the early '50's, but I'm not sure. She went on a trip with three of her friends from North Dakota to Florida. She talked about the trip quite a lot when I was younger. Looks like she is having a great time, doesn't it?

That is such a cool picture! Your mom must have been one cool chick. And that trip must have meant a lot to her that she mentioned it often. What a great keepsake!

That's a great picture! Sometimes it's hard to think of our own mothers being young and lively.

It does very much. Old pictures are so neat. And it's fun knowing that sticking your face through a hole with a funny picture on the other side has been a good time for quite some time. ;)
