I was looking through my pictures and came across this pic of my little guy this past summer. Now that Winter is here, leaves are off the trees and the sun is gone by 5pm this really made me realize how much I love the beach and the sun. I can't wait until I get to stick my toes in the sand again. I envy those of you that live near the beach and can plop yourself down with a good book and a hat anytime of the year.

We have beaches here, but we'd be all bundled up if we went there now! I can't wait for the summer to let my little guy really experience the beach. Last summer he was a year old and just wanted to eat the sand. :o)
I know exactly what you mean! For Christmas we are vacationing with relatives in AZ. It is so nice and warm here! I almost hate to go home to the snow and cold in Utah!
I love that picture. Love it! My boys haven't seen the beach yet, but when they do, i want a shot just like that!
I'm also envious of those close to the beach. After the kiddos are all grown up I would love to move to a warm climate. I'm so sick of cold weather. Happy New Year!!

How cute it that? He's adorable. And yes....the beach for me too. Guess that's why I chose to retire on the coast. Warm year 'round.

Me too. Winter.. bah humbug! If we didn't need the moisture I would be more ornery about it! I am not a snow person.
